Terms and conditions for the Arabian Gulf debate and public speaking competition
Eligibility to participate:Participants must be between 14 and 18 years old.
The participant must be of good conduct and must provide proof of this upon request.
Team composition:
The team must consist of a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4 people.
Each team can submit only one entry application for the competition.
Language skills:
All team members are required to be fluent in both Arabic and English, as the competition may include English sections.
Registration and participation:
Teams must complete the official registration form and accurately enter all required information.
Adhere to registration deadlines and any additional requirements provided by the competition committee.
Adherence to the rules:
All participants must adhere to the rules of debate and public speaking approved by the jury.
Any violation of the rules or inappropriate behavior may result in team disqualification.
Ethics and behavior:
All participants must conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike spirit and respect teammates and other contestants, while maintaining an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual respect.
The use of any racist, discriminatory or offensive statements or actions is strictly prohibited.
intellectual property:
All materials submitted for the competition must be original and free from any infringement of intellectual property rights.
Arbitration and decisions:
The decisions of the arbitration committee are final and not subject to appeal.
Participants will be evaluated based on specific criteria including persuasive ability, organization, linguistic style, and soundness of arguments presented.
Amendments and cancellations:
The competition administration reserves the right to modify or cancel any of the conditions or procedures as necessary.

The team must provide the competition administration with effective means of communication to ensure rapid communication in case of necessity.
