About Us
Vision
A non-profit organization that contributes to providing community service at the level of the Arabian Gulf in the field of leadership in public speaking and debates in the style of the British Parliament.
Based on the important role of Gulf youth in light of recent developments in local and global issues, this organization was established under the umbrella of the Innovation Castle Foundation and Tech Shop Information Technology Company in the year 2019 in terms of the role of community service responsibility to train and hold competitions that contribute to building a conscious and educated generation capable of Discuss these events in an elegant manner.
Message
“Through this competition, we aspire to create a conscious and educated generation that possesses the ability to communicate effectively and think constructively critically, capable of leading dialogues and having a positive impact on society. We also aim to strengthen the common Gulf identity by spreading awareness of important issues at the Gulf and global levels, and encouraging young people to Innovation and regional cooperation, while maintaining the power of the Arabic language as a means of expressing ideas and visions in a clear and influential way.”
Goals
The objectives of the debate and public speaking competition at the Arabian Gulf level may include the following:
Developing communication skills: enhancing the ability to express clearly and effectively, whether in debate or public speaking.
Encouraging critical thinking: Developing participants’ ability to analyze different issues from multiple angles, think deeply, and express an opinion based on arguments and evidence.
Enhancing leadership skills: developing the leadership spirit and the ability to influence and persuade participants, while improving their ability to manage dialogues intelligently and respectfully.
Spreading awareness of societal issues: Highlighting important issues affecting Gulf and global society, while working on a deeper understanding of these issues.
Encouraging regional cooperation: Strengthening ties between young people in various Arab Gulf countries, by building channels of cultural and intellectual dialogue.
Developing self-confidence: Raising the level of self-confidence among participants by confronting the public and defending their opinions and positions.
Enriching the Arabic and English languages: Encouraging the use of Arabic and standard English to express ideas and opinions, and improving the language skills of young people.
Stimulating intellectual innovation: Encouraging participants to think in unconventional ways and come up with innovative solutions to the issues under discussion.
